The Twilight Singers track “Twilight” was featured prominently in the closing scenes of the HBO series “Tell Me You Love Me” in episode 3. This was the second time a Twilight song was featured on the show.

Dashboard Confessional Covers the Afghan Whigs

Dashboard Confessional will be selling The Wire Tapes, Volume One, a virginal collection of exclusive cover songs, on tour this fall. The album will precede the group’s forthcoming effort, The Shade of Poison Trees, which is due out on October 2nd via Vagrant Records.

Dulli Has a Drink for the Kids

Greg Dulli, with special guests Petra Haden and Jeff Klein, is scheduled to perform at The Triple Door in Seattle on October 3rd and 4th.

A Drink for the Kids, a week-long Seattle wide fundraising effort for the all-ages music venue, The Vera Project, is wrapping up to the Triple Door this year and we couldn’t be more thrilled!

Tonight’s entertainment will feature Greg Dulli, of the Twilights Singers and the Afghan Wigs and special guests Petra Haden and Jeff Klein.

So come on down and indulge in an evening of fun and spirits guilt-free…a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Vera Project, a music-arts center run by and for youth, with participants at all levels of music production and community organizing.
