With mesmerizing groove and decadent debauchery, The Twilight Singers return to form with Blackberry Belle. Greg Dulli, the group’s stalwart leader, whispers and spits tales of confusion and darkness as though he were caught somewhere between bacchanalian excess and the next morning’s hangover. The atmospheric music serves as the perfect canvas for Dulli’s splendidly melancholy musings.
The Twilight Singers will kick off “Round 2,” the second leg of their US tour in late March, running through April. The stint will consist of around 20 shows. Dates to follow soon.
