Hello, 2005.

Summer’s Kiss will be taking a holiday break for the next few days. Thanks for making 2004 such a great year for SK and The Twilight Singers. Did you ever think you’d see the day when you’d get two Dulli records in back to back years?

2005 will have a lot to look forward to. With another release from John Curley’s Staggering Statistics on the way, as well as a possible debut from Rick McCollum’s Moon Maan, the Whigs sidemen will continue growing their new projects. Will 2005 also yield the debut from The Gutter Twins or the “lost” Twilight Singers album “Amber Headlights?” Only time will tell.

If you’re looking to pick up a holiday present for yourself, I cannot recommend Art of Modern Rock highly enough. It’s a beautiful, huge documentation of rock posters from the 80s to today. And yes, a certain band from Cincinnati can be found inside.
