The Twilight Singers were named as a nominee for Best Rock Band in the 2004 LA Weekly Music Awards (LAWMA).
Other acts in the Best Rock Band category include Amen, The Hangmen, Ima Robot, and The Mars Volta.
The ceremony to announce winners will be held on June 24 at the Music Box Theatre/Henry Fonda Theater in LA.
Update – The Mars Volta won the award for Best Rock. Winner’s List
Kick ass. I haven’t heard Ima Robot, and maybe I’m a little biased, but I’d say the Singers deserve this one.
The brutal realist in me would probably back Mars Volta…
