Afghan Whigs Tribute Album

After several starts and stops, multiple labels and organizers, Summer’s Kiss is picking up the torch on the long-discussed Afghan Whigs tribute album.

To accomplish this, we’ve launched a label (summerskiss records) and are currently accepting submissions for the disc. If you’re in a band and want to contribute, you can read more about the project at the label website. Be sure to download the informational PDF and contact us if you have any questions.

Initial feedback on the project has been very positive, and we’re looking forward to making this happen. The deadline for submissions is October 30.

    i’m gonna have to get the boy-band back together.

    is this going to be like “making the band” with lee insisting we walk to fetch him a can of mellow yellow at 1AM from a PigglyWiggly in Alpharetta?
