The new album from Italian rockers afterhours, “ballate per piccole iena”, entered the Italian national charts at number two today. “Ballate” was produced by Greg Dulli.
The tour, of which Signore Dulli has been a part of the last few weeks, has been drawing large crowds, including the 8,000 fans pictured above in Rome.
If you’ve had any success importing “Ballate” in the US, let me know.
A final show to the spring tour was added for Sunday, May 1. The show will be at a nationally televised music festival in Rome called Primo Maggio, held in Piazza San Giovanni. It historically attracts 300,000-500,000 people. Afterhours will perform at 10PM.
